Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available for a purchase made through Botomout. It applies alongside, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. We want you to be satisfied with our Services, while keeping the policy fair and consistent for a digital, license-based product settled primarily in cryptocurrency.

1. General Principle

Our EA licenses, signal subscriptions and other digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation and are, as a general rule, non-refundable once the license has been activated, delivered, or accessed, consistent with standard practice for digital goods. This section does not limit the specific circumstances described below in which a refund may be granted.

2. Technical-Fault Refunds

If your EA license cannot be activated, or purchased Signals cannot be delivered, due to a verified technical fault on our side that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable time after you report it, you may request a full refund of the affected purchase. We may ask for diagnostic information (such as screenshots, terminal logs, or your license status) to verify the fault before approving a refund.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error due to a verified processing fault, notify us promptly and we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount once confirmed.

4. Trading Partnership Fees

Performance fees under a Trading Partnership are calculated and charged only on realized net profit for a closed period, as disclosed in your dashboard at the time. Once a performance fee for a completed period has been charged, it is non-refundable, including if you subsequently close your Trading Partnership or revoke trade access — you remain responsible for fees earned on trading activity that occurred before termination.

5. Signal & Product Subscriptions

You may cancel an active signal or product subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@botomout.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund the current, already-paid billing period, during which access continues until the period ends.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments Are Final

Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain, we cannot "reverse" a crypto payment the way a card payment can be reversed. Where a refund is approved under this Policy, it is issued as a new outbound payment in USDT to a wallet address you provide, less any unavoidable network/gas fees, rather than as a reversal of the original transaction.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@botomout.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider — most issues can be resolved faster this way, and initiating a dispute may delay or complicate resolution of your specific case.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@botomout.com with your order ID, the email address used at purchase, and a description of the issue, within 7 days of the original purchase date. We review each request individually and will respond with our decision and, where approved, the expected processing timeframe.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within a reasonable number of business days of approval; on-chain confirmation time for the outbound crypto transfer is outside our control.

10. Discretion

This Policy describes our standard practice; we may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in individual cases, but doing so does not create an obligation to do so in other cases.
