Privacy Policy

Botomout ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use botomout.com, our client dashboard, our Expert Advisor ("EA"), trading signals, Trading Partnership (managed account) service, and Associate/Referral Partner program (together, the "Services"), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. By using the Services you acknowledge this Policy; where consent is the legal basis for processing (for example marketing emails), we will ask for it separately.

1. Who We Are

Botomout operates this website and the Services described in our Terms of Service. For any privacy question or request, contact support@botomout.com.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect: account/identity data you provide at signup (name, email address, phone number where given, password — stored hashed, never in plain text); trading-platform data (your MT4/MT5 account number and platform type, used solely to activate and validate your EA license and, for the Trading Partnership, to receive account performance data pushed from your terminal); KYC/verification documents (government ID, proof of address, or similar) where required for withdrawals, the Associate/Partner program, or Trading Partnership onboarding; financial/transaction data (order history, payment references, wallet balance, referral commissions — we never receive or store your broker password, wallet private keys, or card/bank credentials); communications you send us (support tickets, partner applications, contact-form messages); newsletter preferences if you opt in; and technical data (IP address, login timestamps, device/browser information, and session cookies) collected automatically to secure your account and operate the Services.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to: create, verify and manage your account; activate and validate your EA license against your registered trading account number; process payments and maintain your wallet/order records; deliver Signals and Trading Partnership performance data to your dashboard; verify your identity for KYC/AML purposes where applicable; calculate and pay Associate/Partner referral commissions; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access (including rate-limiting and login-attempt monitoring); and send you newsletters or product updates you have opted into. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.

4. EA License Validation

When your EA runs on your trading terminal, it periodically contacts our license server with your registered account number to confirm your license is active. This exchange transmits only the account number and license status — never your broker password, trade history, or funds.

5. MT4/MT5 Account Sync (Trading Partnership / Live Trading Widgets)

If you use our account-sync tool or participate in a Trading Partnership, your terminal pushes account statistics (balance, equity, floating profit/loss, drawdown, and — only where you enable it — open position details) to our server on a recurring interval, so it can be displayed in your dashboard and, where you or we choose to make it public, on our live-trading results page. This is a one-way, read-only data push; it never grants us the ability to place, modify, or close trades through this channel, and you can stop it at any time by removing the sync tool from your terminal.

6. How We Share Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to operate the Services: with payment gateways and processors (for example our supported cryptocurrency payment providers) solely to process your payment; with hosting/infrastructure providers who store the servers the Services run on; with messaging providers (such as our transactional email and Telegram alert integrations) solely to deliver account and security notifications; and with regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where we are legally required to do so, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Botomout, our clients, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and anti-fraud obligations. KYC documentation is retained for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering practice. You may request earlier deletion under Section 9, subject to these retention obligations.

8. Data Security

Sensitive data files are access-restricted at the server level and are never served directly to the public web. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing, never in plain text. We support optional two-factor authentication (2FA) on client and admin accounts, and all traffic to the Services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and continually review them.

9. Your Rights & Choices

You can review and update most account details directly from your dashboard. You may unsubscribe from marketing/newsletter emails at any time using the link in any such email or from your dashboard preferences. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@botomout.com; we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any information we are legally required to retain (for example completed transaction and KYC records).

10. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use essential session cookies required to keep you securely logged in, and a small amount of local-storage data to remember display preferences (such as light/dark theme) and reduce redundant requests. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors; if we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

12. International Considerations

If you access the Services from outside India, be aware that your data will be processed on servers and by providers that may be located in India or other jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than your own; by using the Services you consent to this processing.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via the dashboard or by email where practical, and the "Last updated" date below will be revised.

14. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints about this Policy or our handling of your personal data can be directed to support@botomout.com.
