If you create a Botomout Portal account, we store your profile details (name, company, phone), support tickets, and any files you upload. If you purchase from our digital store, we additionally store your billing name, GSTIN (if provided), order and purchase history, and invoice records — this is required to deliver your purchase, generate tax invoices, and handle any refund requests. We may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as browser type, device information and pages visited, only if you've accepted analytics cookies (see Section 3).

- To respond to inquiries and prepare project quotes.
- To deliver, support and improve services for existing clients.
- To process digital store purchases, deliver downloads, and generate GST-compliant invoices.
- To send a one-time reminder if you start a checkout but don't complete it.
- To understand how visitors use this website, so we can improve it — only with your consent.
- To send project-related communications; we do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies & analytics
This site uses a cookie-consent banner. Core functionality (like staying signed in) doesn't require your consent. We rely on the following third-party providers, each processing only what's needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security terms: Supabase (account data, portal files, database), Razorpay (payment processing — we never see or store your full card/UPI details), Resend (transactional and reminder emails), Anthropic (only the text of messages you send our chat assistant, when it can't answer from its built-in knowledge base), and Google Analytics (site usage, only with consent).
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry and project information for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
